When can I expect to receive my order?
DUE TO COVID 19, shipments have been inconsistent especially for international orders.
so we offer now a new shipping for international orders, with this new shipping, you will NOT receive any tracking until the parcel is 10 days away from your home.
All the following below is not valid anymore in terms of expected delivery time frames until shipments come back to normal and we ALL hope very soon !!
We use USPS Post Office to ship all our orders.
Orders shipped within the US take an average of 2-8 business days to arrive depending on the service you select. If you have not received your order after 8 business days, please contact us at orders@leafrance.com so we can help you track your order.
International Orders: International orders can take 10 – 45 business days, depending on the delivery options you select and the country you live in. If you have not received your order after 45 business days, please contact us at orders@leafrance.com.
If you select Economical Shipping, there is no tracking after the parcel left USA and the tracking will be non existent until you receive your items, so we can't help you track your order.
Please note that we have no control over international customs. We are obligated to declare all items as merchandise and are not liable for any custom fees or delays due to packages held at customs.
Back Orders Policy: If you have one or several products in back order, your order will be held until we receive all the items in back orders. We ship everything at once. There are no separate shipments.
Can I expedite my shipping?
Orders are generally shipped within 2 business days for US orders and 4 business days for international orders.
If it is really urgent, contact our Customer Support Team at orders@leafrance.com and they will let you know if we can ship it faster.
How much does shipping cost?
If you would like to know how much your order costs to ship, simply use the “shipping calculator” in your shopping cart. Your shipping charges will be calculated before you enter any billing information.
Confirmation & Tracking
Once an order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and a tracking number.
You can also track your order in your order history. Just log into your account using your email address and password, and then click on your order number in your order history.
I just received an email with my tracking number and the number shows “No information found.” How is that possible?
It takes up to 24 hours for USPS to update their website. Check again later—it will show up!
