FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS WE ADDED UPS DELIVERY AS THEY SEEM TO BE QUICKER THAN USPS BUT AGAIN WE DO NOT COMMIT TO ANY DATES OF DELIVERIES FROM CARRIERS.
THE ONLY THING WE CAN CONTROL IS WHEN THE ORDER IS SHIPPED.
We use USPS Post Office to ship all our orders.
Orders shipped within the US take an average of 2-8 business days to arrive depending on the service you select. If you have not received your order after 8 business days, please contact us at email@example.com so we can help you track your order.
International Orders: International orders can take 10 – 45 business days, depending on the delivery options you select and the country you live in. If you have not received your order after 45 business days, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you select First Class Mail, there is no tracking after the parcel left USA and the tracking will be non existent until you receive your items, so we can't help you track your order.
If your order is urgent, we strongly recommend you choose Priority Mail when you place your order. We cannot inquire tracking or make the parcel go faster with First Class Mail service.
On the bright side, If you are not in a rush, First Class Mail is the most economical way to ship as long as you know it has some disadvantages (minimal tracking and no possible way for us to accelerate the delivery)
Please note that we have no control over international customs. We are obligated to declare all items as merchandise and are not liable for any custom fees or delays due to packages held at customs.
Back Orders Policy: If you have one or several products in back order, your order will be held until we receive all the items in back orders. We ship everything at once. There are no separate shipments.
Orders are generally shipped within 2 business days for US orders and 4 business days for international orders.
If it is really urgent, contact our Customer Support Team at email@example.com and they will let you know if we can ship it faster.
If you would like to know how much your order costs to ship, simply use the “shipping calculator” in your shopping cart. Your shipping charges will be calculated before you enter any billing information.
Once an order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and a tracking number.
You can also track your order in your order history. Just log into your account using your email address and password, and then click on your order number in your order history.
It takes up to 24 hours for USPS to update their website. Check again later—it will show up!
