Hi Patricia,
I know what you meant but a note is not enough to explain “how to open it” when you receive your pen. I think it has to be a video :) but maybe I can send an email with the link to this video if I know the order contains a pen
It would be very helpful if a note was included with the pen so you know how to open it. The video was really good.
